1. Download our order form for entering your request.
2. Email your list of items to desiresloft@gmail.com
3. Once we have received your orders, we will check on the availability of the products you ordered. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
4. Upon confirmation of your orders, payment can be proceeded.
5. Wait for your items to be delivered to you or self collect at our shop @ No. 1 Queensway, Queensway Shopping Centre, #02-23 from 1pm onwards
Kindly note that orders with incomplete information often result a delay in delivery. Any inconvenience is regretted.
Perform the payment as per the steps mentioned in the Terms and Conditions page.
How to Pay
1. We only accept full payment. This is to facilitate faster processing and delivery of orders. Items will be sent out promptly if there is available stock or once the shipment arrives Singapore.
2. Payment can be made by Internet Banking/ ATM fund transfer.
3. All prices in the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
4. Customers can choose the mode of delivery. Refer to the delivery section below
6.Upon payment, the products will be delivered within the next working day. Shipment may be subjected to delay at times. Late payment of order often results in a delay of the product's arrival time.

1. Self Collection
Items can be self collected at No.1 Queensway, Queensway Shopping Centre, #02-23
Operating Hours : Monday to Friday, 7pm to 830pm
Saturday & Sunday, 1pm to 8pm
2. Standard Postage (Free Postage for 5 Items & above)
Package will be delivered to the mailbox directly by Singpost postman. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
1-2 Items: S$1.50
3-4 Items: S$2.50
3. Registered Postage
Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is additional $2.20
1-2 Items: S$3.70
3-4 Items: S$4.70
5 Items & above: S$2.20
